2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer by Amare and every distance contract between Amare and a consumer. Mandatory statutory consumer rights always apply and take precedence if a provision conflicts with them.

3. Products, offers and prices

We describe products, characteristics, prices and availability as carefully as possible. Obvious errors do not bind us. Consumer prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping and any other costs are shown before an order is completed.

4. Orders and contract formation

A contract is formed after you place an order and we confirm it electronically. We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or payment cannot be processed. We will inform you and refund any amount received.

5. Payment

You can use the payment methods available at checkout. Current options and their conditions are displayed there.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address supplied with the order. Delivery estimates are targets unless expressly agreed otherwise. See our shipping policy for details.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal after delivery. Amare currently provides a voluntary 30-day return period. Conditions, registration, exceptions and refunds are explained in our return and refund policy.

8. Statutory warranty

A product must meet what you may reasonably expect. Contact us if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract. Statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination continue to apply.

9. Discounts and promotions

Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. A discount is final only when Shopify actually applies it in the cart and checkout. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and can be combined only where expressly allowed.

10. Website use

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, harmful code or infringement of rights belonging to Amare or others. Intellectual property rights in the brand, design, text and images remain with Amare or the relevant licensor.

11. Liability

Amare is liable to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow this.

12. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data under our privacy policy. Cookie information and choices are available in the cookie policy and Shopify cookie preferences.

13. Complaints

Send complaints with your order number and a clear description to info@amareonline.com. We acknowledge receipt and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

14. Governing law and changes

Dutch law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. We may update these terms. The version in effect when an order was placed continues to govern that order.
