Shipping & returns
Ordered before 16:00, shipped the same day (NL & BE). You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping is always free in the Netherlands and Belgium.
You have 30 days to change your mind. Returns cost €6 — register your return using the return form first. Return address: Rijder 1-B10, 1507 DP Zaandam, the Netherlands.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days after we receive your return.
Frequently asked questions
Are the lenses really UV400?
Yes. All Amare sunglasses have category 3 UV400 lenses and are CE-certified. They block 100% of UVA and UVB radiation.
How does the 50% off a second pair offer work?
Add two pairs of sunglasses to your cart and Shopify applies the discount automatically — the lower-priced pair is 50% off. No discount code is needed.
What is included in the box?
Every Amare comes with a sturdy hardcase and a microfibre cloth. No extras to buy later.
What about warranty?
All Amare products are covered by the statutory warranty: your product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. Defect or fault? Email info@amareonline.com with your order number and a photo — we will resolve it with a repair, replacement or refund.
Which model suits my face?
Rimini (square) suits round and oval faces, Positano (round) complements angular faces, and Portofino (rectangle) is the safest all-rounder. Also see the size guide below.
Can I exchange my sunglasses for another colour?
Yes, within 30 days. Register your return using the return form and order the new colour straight away — ordered before 16:00, shipped the same day.
Will prescription lenses become available?
Not yet, but we are exploring it. Subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to know when they become available.
