Returns & refund policy

Cooling-off period. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind — more generous than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which remains unaffected.

Registering a return. Email info@amareonline.com with your order number, or use the return form on our contact page (choose "Return or exchange"). You will receive a confirmation and a return label to download and print.

Return costs. Returns from the Netherlands are free: after registering you receive a free return label. Returns from Belgium cost €6 per shipment, deducted from your refund. You can also always drop off your return free of charge at our store in Haarlem (Grote Houtstraat 17).

Returns from Germany cost €13.50, from France €22.99, from Spain €20.99 and from Italy €23.99; these costs are deducted from your refund. You receive a return label after registering your return.

Conditions. Items must be unworn and undamaged, returned complete in the original packaging — for sunglasses including the hardcase and microfibre cloth. Worn, damaged or incomplete items may be refused or subject to a value reduction.

Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase amount (minus the €6 return fee for returns from Belgium) within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged or wrong item. Received a damaged or wrong item? Report it within 7 days of delivery via info@amareonline.com with a photo; we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason by sending an unequivocal statement to info@amareonline.com; you may use the model form below (not mandatory). After withdrawing, you have another 14 days to return the item.
