Shipping destinations

Amare ships to the Netherlands and Belgium. If additional countries are available at checkout, the rates, taxes and conditions shown there apply.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders of €50 or more. Below €50, a shipping fee of €6.99 applies. Final shipping costs are always displayed before the order is completed at checkout.

Germany, France, Spain and Italy: shipping is free from €150. Below that you pay €6.99 for Germany, €6.99 for Spain, €8.99 for France and €9.99 for Italy (insured shipping: €9.99, €9.99, €11.99 and €12.99). Delivery time 3–5 working days.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible on business days. “Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow” is a target, not a guarantee. Weekends, public holidays, stock checks, address issues and carrier delays may affect delivery.

When available, you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery address

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact info@amareonline.com as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Delay, loss or damage

If a parcel is clearly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the packaging and product. We investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution under your statutory rights.

Partial shipments and unavailable products

If an order is sent in multiple shipments, we will inform you. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative where possible or refund the relevant amount.
